Here's how you place your orders:
^Browse through our items.
^Note down the details of the items you decide to purchase.
^Email us your order in the template under tab "How to Order", then submit & await our invoice (within 48hours).
^Payment will be advised in our invoice.
^Make your payment within 48hours' upon receipt of our invoice. ONLY upon receipt of payment will your order then be processed.
Terms & Conditions:
^Buyer should accept a 2 to 3cm discrepancy in measurements, as well as slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution.
^Goods sold are NOT refundable nor exchangeable.
^No trading of items.
^No changing of order & no backing out once orders are being acknowledged by ~MerC~ Blush!. Strictly NO refunds for back-out of orders placed.
^~MerC~ Blush! has the right to amend T&Cs at any point of time.
Prices:
^Prices are priced in Singapore $ (SGD).
^No full payment made by buyer within 48hours' = No order
^Refund will be made accordingly for Out of Stock item.
^Prices do not include delivery charges.
Postage:
^Postage price is based on one time postage.
^Normal mail is SGD 3.00 for one time postage, irregardless of number of items.
^Registered mail is SGD 5.50 for first item & Additional SGD 1.00 for each subsequent item.
^International Airmail >> We'll advise in our invoice as airmail rates vary for different countries.
Payment Details & Mode of Payment:
^Payment to be made according to buyer's choice in ~MerC~ Blush! Invoice.
^Payment is to be made within 48 hours' after confirmation of purchase, or order will be considered invalid.
^Local customers -- We accept Interbank transfers, though we prefer POSB/DBS accounts.
^International customers -- We accept payment only through Paypal. A 4% charge (by Paypal) will be imposed on total amount due for payment.
Note:
^Our responsibility ends at the point of time when we have sent your item out.
^We will not hold any responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged during postal transit, regardless via normal or registered mail.
^We assure customers that every piece is checked for defects before mailing them out.
